Located 500 meters from the beach at Bergen aan Zee, this fantastic villa is perfect to spend your family holidays during spring, summer, autumn and winter. This spacious 5-bedroom villa has room for 12people, includes a large modern kitchen with a dining table for 12, cozy living room with fireplace and lots of natural light.
The fully detached villa has a garden of over 1500 m2, with two terraces with large lounge sets, outdoor table tennis, hammock, shed, an outdoor shower, fire pit, barbecue, dining table and private parking spaces on the property for three cars.
This is a wonderful home that our family only rents out a few weeks a year. Perfect for families with children and guests.
Living & Lounging
The villa is fully detached and has a large garden so you’ll experience peace and freedom. The terraces include a comfortable seating area and lounge beds, a hammock, sunshades, an outdoor shower, a fire pit to make a campfire, barbecue, dining table, pillows and outdoor blankets for the colder evenings. De garden includes outdoor table tennis and is spacious enough for just about all ball games. The private parking space on the property offers room for three cars.
Sleeping
The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has patio doors to the garden and a private bathroom. The basement hosts 3 additional well-lit bedrooms with king-size beds, shower facilities, toilet and two open washrooms with washbasins. The entire basement has underfloor heating. Upstairs is a large bedroom with 4 single beds. All the double beds are separable. And if it is necessary to run a laundry, a washing machine and dryer are available.

The spacious modern kitchen includes everything for daily use and is also equipped to prepare beautiful meals for larger groups.

The facilities include a solid charcoal barbeque and all necessary accessories.

Location
Bergen aan Zee is a peaceful coastal town in the North Holalnd province. This town is all about the beach, where many families with children enjoy their holidays. There are several cozy beach bars offering very good food and nice (sheltered) terraces.
The villa is located a nice 5-minute walk from the beach, where you cross a typical Dutch dune-like meadow, often inhabited by Scottisch Highland cows. Just 250m from the villa is a bike rental shop that also offers children’s bikes. This makes the villa a great starting point for bike rides through the woods and dunes.
Bergen aan Zee is the perfect destination to reconnect with nature and enjoy each other’s company.
